Eating “organic,” consuming more vegetables, grains and legumes, consuming local, not only has positive effects on human health, but also on that of the planet. Numerous organic and local products including tin and cheeses, yogurt, butter, Surgiva water, honey, apples, wines and Marano corn flour for excellent polenta. We cook our dishes with great passion, attention and patience. We offer many specialties of Trentino cuisine, strictly homemade, such as strangolapreti, dumplings, polenta, potato cake au gratin in the oven, apple strudel etc. The menu is always varied to meet everyone’s needs!

Our medicinal and aromatic plant garden

A small eco-conscious vegetable garden

With the help of Sergio Abram, in the small space next to the hotel, we have prepared a small eco-conscious garden where we grow medicinal and aromatic plants, brightly colored flowers and a beautiful red azerole, a genetically endangered plant. A small world, which we invite you to visit, awarded the “Trentinerbe” label, where we have also given hospitality to insectivorous birds, useful bats and cute squirrels. A place that always becomes food for thought as well as an ideal corner to rest in the still warm evening sun.
