That it is also better for the environment is really good news! Organic products and those grown by us are also meant to be an educational example to talk about health and the environment. Eating “organic,” consuming more vegetables, grains and legumes, consuming local, not only has positive effects on human health, but also on that of the planet. Numerous organic and local products including tin and cheeses, yogurt, butter, Surgiva water, honey, apples, wines and Marano corn flour for excellent polenta. We cook our dishes with great passion, attention and patience. We offer many specialties of Trentino cuisine, strictly homemade, such as strangolapreti, dumplings, polenta, potato cake au gratin in the oven, apple strudel etc. The menu is always varied to meet everyone’s needs!

In 2015 we reached the top of Trentino excellence in eco-sustainability because we managed to reduce environmental impact, air and water pollution, energy and water consumption, and waste production. We are the only one of the 69 hotels in Trentino to have received the title of “Virtuous Ecorestaurant”. A certificate, together with the others, that certifies sustainability, environmental protection and the connection with the territory.
